Insurance Coverage: We will bill your insurance company directly for the services provided. However, the patient is responsible for understanding the extent of their insurance coverage, including any co-payments, deductibles, and co-insurance amounts.
Patient Responsibility: Any charges not covered by your insurance plan are your responsibility. This includes, but is not limited to, services deemed out-of-network, non-covered services, and any remaining balance after insurance payments are applied.
Payment of Charges: You agree to pay all amounts not covered by your insurance promptly upon receiving an invoice from Georgia Brace & Spine. If you are unable to pay in full, please contact our billing department to discuss payment plan options.
Estimates: Any estimates provided to you regarding your financial responsibility are based on the information available at the time and are not a guarantee of final costs.
Communication with Insurance: It is your responsibility to follow up with your insurance company to ensure that claims are processed in a timely manner and to resolve any issues or disputes regarding coverage.
Collections: In the event of non-payment, Georgia Brace & Spine reserves the right to refer your account to a collection agency. Additional fees and interest may apply if your account is referred to collections.
By receiving services from Georgia Brace & Spine, you agree to these terms and accept full financial responsibility for all charges not covered by your insurance.
